Room Attendant

About the role

This individual is part of the amazing heart of the house team that takes pride in everything they do to ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Responsibilities

• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms
• Use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom
• Replenish all supplies and amenities to standard
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard
• Delivery or retrieve requested items from guests
• Ensure guestrooms are secured
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
• Adhere to the lost and found policy for all guest items accidentally left behind

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures
