Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host at Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned. This position requires previous cleaning experience and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms in a clean, comfortable, and inviting condition
• Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and functioning properly
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience required
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $16/hr.

Schedule

This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
