About the Role

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

• Bed making
• Removing rubbish
• Replenishing supplies
• Cleaning furniture and fittings
• Visual checking of rooms
• Assisting guests with enquiries, directions, and special requests
• Performing cleaning and maintenance programs in accordance with departmental timetables/schedules

Qualifications

• Current housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Clear and pleasant communication skills
