About the role
Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to join Graduate Bloomington and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings (e.g., mall, restaurants)
- Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing the hotel’s lost and found procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Compensation range: $15–$17 per hour
