Roofing Superintendent - Commercial Location: West Palm Beach, FL Salary: $70K-$120K base (salary depends on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent - Commercial to lead and oversee commercial roofing projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, on-time delivery, safety compliance, and budget control while coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong commercial roofing experience, technical knowledge of single-ply systems (TPO), sheet metal, low-slope assemblies, and proven leadership skills in a field supervisory capacity. Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on commercial job sites to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to specification.Plan project execution including mobilization, staging, material procurement, and daily production targets.Oversee installation and replacement of commercial roofing systems including TPO, single-ply, flat and low-slope assemblies, sheet metal flashings, and green roof components.Perform quality control inspections at key project milestones and enforce compliance with manufacturer specifications, contract documents, and industry standards.Manage re-roof projects, roof maintenance, and repairs while minimizing downtime and protecting building contents.Coordinate with general contractors, building owners, architects, and inspectors to resolve site issues and maintain project communication.Develop and maintain safety programs on site; enforce OSHA and company safety requirements and lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance feedback for crew leads, foremen, and laborers.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of commercial roofing field supervision experience, with demonstrated experience as a Roofing Superintendent or Commercial Roofing Superintendent.Hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, single-ply, low-slope and flat roof assemblies, sheet metal flashings, and green roof installations.Proven experience managing re-roof projects, roof maintenance programs, and repair work.Strong leadership skills with experience supervising foremen, crews, and subcontractors on large-scale projects.Nice-to-have skills: Commercial Roofing Superintendent, Roofing, TPO, Sheet Metal, Roof, Re-roof, Low Slope, single ply, Green Roofs, Roof Maintenance, steep slope, Residential Roofing, Flat, Shingle Roofing, Foreman.BenefitsFull Benefits Included Email Your Resume In Word To Dru.Carrigan@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
