Roofing Service Sales Representative

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Huntsville area. We are looking for a self-starter with energy to develop estimates and grow our business in a fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing environment.

About the role

Year-end compensation for this position is between $75k - $100k, consisting of a $55k base salary, $10k draw, and commission.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed and prepare various progress reports for management
• Visit client facilities, build business relationships, and present information about CentiMark Corporation

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience or knowledge is preferred
• Proven ability to grow market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tenacious drive to sell and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong mathematics and computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Strong time management and follow-up skills
