About the role

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across DFW and looking for motivated individuals who want unlimited earning potential, professional growth, and the opportunity to help homeowners recover after storm damage.

What You'll Do

• Canvass & Build Relationships: Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate: Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims: Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build Your Pipeline: Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and competitive
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver's license and a pick-up truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)

No experience required—we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
