Responsibilities

• Community outreach: meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections
• Helping neighbors navigate insurance to get their homes repaired
• Managing projects from the first handshake to the final shingle

Requirements

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to new people
• Access to a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

First-year representatives realistically target $100,000–$150,000. Top performers earn over $500,000 annually.
