Pay

• Year 1: $70K–$80K
• Year 2: $90K–$100K
• Year 3: $110K+
• Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
