The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to identify motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Minneapolis, MN team. This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth. No roofing experience is required—if you’re motivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
• Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
• Close deals and manage your sales pipeline
• Build referrals and develop repeat business

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay

• Year 1: $70K–$80K
• Year 2: $90K–$100K
• Year 3: $110K+
• Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
• W-2 or 1099 opportunities available based on experience
