Thrive Roofing Co. is building a winning team and looking for Roofing Sales Representatives. You'll work assigned territories, help homeowners through the insurance restoration process, and earn uncapped commissions with proven systems, strong support, and experienced leadership behind you.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
• Educate homeowners about the insurance process
• Secure signed contingency agreements
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process
• Submit project documentation
• Stay in touch with customers from sale to completion

Requirements

• Competitive and self-motivated
• Confident communicator who connects easily with people
• Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Organized and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• No roofing experience necessary. Mentorship and support provided.
