Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs and exteriors to assess damage and determine the scope of repairs.
• Aid customers in selecting materials, colors, and solutions for their project.
• Manage the process by working with insurance companies and adjusters as needed throughout the claims process.
• Collect payment for completed services and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
