Roofing Sales Representative

About the role

OpenBox Roofing is a fast-growing premium roofing and exterior contractor based in Indianapolis, IN. They serve high-end homeowners with exceptional results in roof replacements, James Hardie siding, vinyl siding, gutters, windows, and doors.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present exterior solutions
• Perform inspections (roofs, siding, gutters, doors & windows) and provide estimates
• Follow a proven consultative sales process with high close rates
• Run both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Prospect and generate referrals through canvassing, networking, and community events
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
• Ability to safely climb and walk residential roofs
• A positive, customer-first attitude and strong work ethic
