Roofing Sales Representative

Overview

AzRoofers is hiring a Roofing & Exterior Coating Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a hybrid remote schedule and full-time employment. Compensation is commission-based with an On-Target Earnings range of $150,000 - $300,000+. The role follows a "Sign & Drive" model where sales reps focus on closing deals while internal teams handle production, insurance, and backend processes.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 preset in-home appointments daily
• Conduct professional sales presentations for roofing and exterior coating services
• Close contracts and collect customer deposits
• Gather project details, selections, and required documentation
• Submit complete deal files with notes and photos
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams
• Generate additional self-sourced leads (optional but incentivized)
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong closing ability
• Hunter mentality and self-motivation
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to run in-home appointments confidently
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work in the Phoenix market
• Must be tech literate
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
