Iron Bull Roofing is growing and seeks a Roofing Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves assessing roofing needs, guiding homeowners through insurance claims, and closing high-value restoration projects. Ideal for those who thrive in a performance-based environment and enjoy outdoor work.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
- Conduct roof inspections to identify storm, hail, or wind damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Present solutions and close residential roofing projects
- Cook up with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Able to work independently in a field-based environment
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and customer outreach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
