About the role
Thrive Roofing Co. is building a winning team and looking for a Roofing Sales Representative. You'll work assigned territories, help homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process, and earn uncapped commissions backed by strong systems, mentorship, and leadership that knows how to win.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods
- Inspect roofs for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance process
- Secure signed contingency agreements
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Guide customers through the restoration process
- Submit project documentation
- Maintain customer communication from sale to completion
What We're Looking For
- Highly competitive and self-motivated
- Strong communicator who connects easily with people
- Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems - no experience required
- Organized and dependable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay
Compensation Range: $100K - $150K
