About the Role

This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door‑to‑door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company‑provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year‑round career in this market.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door‑to‑door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options.
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment.
• Manage each project from contract to completion.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales – a core part of the role.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal‑oriented.
• Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Access to a cell phone.
• Ability to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
