Roofing Sales Manager (D2D) – $150k+ OTE
About the role
We're looking for a Roofing Sales Manager with a proven background in door-to-door sales and the roofing industry who is ready to lead from the front. This is a player-coach role where you'll:
- Drive your own production
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of reps
- Help build and scale a high-performance sales organization
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of door-to-door roofing sales reps
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members
Provide hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and mentorship
Set performance standards and hold the team accountable
Run team meetings, trainings, and daily/weekly check-ins
Generate your own deals through door-to-door efforts
Oversee pipeline, job flow, and deal progression
Ensure a strong customer experience from first contact to close
Requirements
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales
- Direct experience in the roofing industry
- Willing and able to climb ladders and climb on and off roofs regularly
- Demonstrated leadership experience (team lead, manager, or similar)
- Strong closing ability and understanding of the full sales cycle
