NO ROOFING EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM. You don't need years of roofing or sales experience to succeed here. We provide 90 days of paid training, hands-on field coaching, mentorship, and the tools you need to learn the business and become confident in the field. We will teach you the roofing industry, sales process, customer communication, estimating, storm restoration, and everything you need to build a successful career.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
  • Meet with homeowners and inspect properties
  • Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage
  • Educate homeowners about their roofing and insurance-restoration options
  • Prepare estimates and present customized solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Guide customers through the entire project process
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Maintain consistent communication with homeowners
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Build and manage your personal sales pipeline
  • Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals

Pay

After training, you'll earn a 25% uncapped commission structure. There is no commission ceiling; the more you sell, the more you can earn.
