Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, construction, or something completely different, no roofing experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.

Training

• 90 days of paid, hands-on training.
• W-2 employment during training.
• Base pay plus claim bonuses and commission opportunities.

Requirements

• No roofing or sales experience is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed.
