Roofing Sales Consultant - Outside Sales

About the role

At IBC Roofing, we are a specialized roofing sales organization dedicated to helping homeowners navigate retail and insurance roofing projects. Our mission is to be the most honest and ethical roofing company in the country.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing and door-to-door outreach
• Build, manage, and follow up on your pipeline of customers
• Oversee roofing projects from initial inspection to completion
• Perform roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
• Provide exceptional customer communication and support
• Cook up with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain professionalism and high-quality service for every homeowner
• Work a standard 40-hour week with occasional weekends

Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, driven, and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for roofing and home improvement

Pay

$80,000 – $150,000+ per year
