We hand you pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments with homeowners who already want to buy. Your only job is to show up and close the deal.

The Role

• Meet with the team each morning to strategize.
• Drive to pre‑booked afternoon/evening appointments.
• Use our digital software for in‑home demos.
• Inspect from a ladder or attic (no walking on roofs).

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – elite, paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.

Pay

• Uncapped 100% commission; top reps earn more than $250 K.
• Average first‑year earnings: $85 K–$135 K.
• Fast weekly pay: average $2,500 per sale, paid before installation.
