Requirements To Apply Must be 21 years of age or olderMust have previous roofing repair experienceValid driver's license required Start Date: ASAP What You'll Do Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or general wear and tearPerform repairs and maintenance, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaksInstall new roofing materials as needed, following safety and quality standardsCollaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficientlyCommunicate clearly with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide excellent serviceMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job Schedule & Benefits Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays and weekend availability as neededMedical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employmentPTO accrual after 30 days of employment401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employmentAll new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period What You'll Need Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenanceStrong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practicesComfortable operating basic hand tools and equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet for extended periodsComfortable accessing tight spaces, and standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for sustained periodsHardworking, dependable, and willing to do what it takesFlexible schedule availability Work Location: Multiple Locations Equal Opportunity & Compliance Shamrock Roofing & Construction provides equal opportunities to all and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, and genetic information.
