Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to apply
• Must have previous roofing experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate various equipment such as simple hand tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet often
• Access and mobility in tight spaces
• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Hardworking with a “do-what-it-takes” attitude (negative attitudes need not apply)
• Work a flexible schedule
