Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales

We're expanding across the Midwest and South. This is a year-round opportunity in outside door-to-door sales, with some company leads provided and self-generated leads expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect money
• Manage the project from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Driver’s License (must be 21 or older for company truck use after MVR check)
• Self-starting, disciplined, and self-motivated attitude
• Must be coachable and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation; ability to carry a ladder
• Cell phone
• Enjoy or be willing to work in outside door-to-door sales
• Able to climb a ladder, lift 50 lbs, and walk on a roof (not afraid of heights)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

Pay

$70,000 - $150,000+ per year average (1099 commission-based). Top performers making $200,000+.
