Project Manager Outside Sales-Roofing

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and storm restoration opportunities
• Conduct roof, siding, and gutter inspections
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
• Prepare estimates and present solutions
• Close sales and execute contracts
• Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project
• Cook up with production and office teams to ensure successful project completion
• Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn a high income
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a door-to-door sales environment
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
