Roofing Project Manager-Outside Sales

1099 commission-based position with average earnings of $70K–$150K+. Top performers earn $200K+.

We’ve built a $70M roofing brand on reputation, community, and results. You bring the drive—we provide the systems, brand power, and back-end support to help you close big. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity in outside door-to-door sales, with some company leads provided and self-generated leads expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payments
• Manage projects from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Self-starting, disciplined, and highly motivated attitude
• Must be coachable and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation (ability to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available for general use during business hours)
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check on file
• Cell phone
• Comfortable with outside door-to-door sales
• Able to climb a ladder, lift 50 lbs, and walk on roofs (not afraid of heights)
• Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks

Pay

$70,000 – $150,000+ per year average, with top performers earning $200,000+. This is a 1099 commission-based position with bonus opportunities and competitions.
