About the role
Responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, including site inspections, material selection, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in roofing construction.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
