  • Use technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills to start, run, and close projects on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years in construction project management or site supervision with direct customer interaction
  • Hands-on experience in residential construction; experience with roofing, siding, and/or window and door installation is ideal
  • Proven ability to deliver 5-star experiences to clients
  • A track record of being the person a homeowner calls: de-escalating problems, recovering a job that went sideways, and turning a frustrated customer into a referral
  • Strong skills in guiding teams, enforcing standards, and managing performance
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and DocuSign
  • Ability to manage schedules using a digital calendar
  • Understanding of contracts, subcontracts, and terms & conditions
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • OSHA certifications
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and demonstrated adherence to company safety standards
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
