Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day commercial roofing operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Oversee field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors, including scheduling, production goals, and performance management
- Review estimates and construction drawings for accuracy, constructability, and planning
- Cookordinate project schedules, inspections, testing, and crane/delivery logistics
- Manage materials and equipment by ordering, tracking, securing long-lead items, and ensuring all jobs are properly stocked to maintain uninterrupted workflow
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timesheets
- Collaborate with clients, property managers, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth job flow
- Recruit, schedule, and evaluate employees while maintaining strong crew morale
- Enforce company policies, safety programs, and quality standards throughout all phases of construction
Skills, Experience, And Knowledge Required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing construction management experience
- Experience managing employees
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test
- Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
- Able to lift 100 LBS or more
- Successful Background Check
- Excellent communication, presentation and follow up skills required
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Participate in local community, non-profit, or governmental activities/organizations for both company business development and personal improvement
