About the Role

Join a dynamic team where performance drives our company through the lens of service, integrity, and shared ownership. As a key member of our team, you will perform roofing duties associated with roof tear offs, such as scraping with force, shovelling heavy material, transporting material, removing clutter on the roof, and maintaining a clean and neat work environment. You will also transport hot tar from the kettle to the work area, clean and maintain roofing equipment, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Remove clutter on roof while maintaining a clean and neat work environment
• Transport hot tar from kettle to work area
• Clean and maintain roofing equipment
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
• Able to lift 100 LBS or more
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to comply with variable work schedules
• Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day
• Able to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures
• Able to pass a government background check per project requirements

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Experience: No experience required! We will train you!
