Roofing Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will manage the Profit and Loss Statement, recruit and retain qualified workers, ensure safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects, manage the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager, work closely with both sales and technical staff, address all problems that may arise during projects, and ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 + Years exp in Commercial Roofing – Required
• Blueprint reading
• Ability to manage and motivate
• Previous roofing/construction business operations management experience is highly preferred
• A valid driver’s license

We are seeking an industry professional for the Roofing Operations Manager role in our Specialty Division in Jessup, MD to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

- Managing the Profit and Loss Statement
- Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
- Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects
- Managing the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager
- Working closely with both sales and technical staff
- Addressing all problems that may arise during projects
- Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed

Qualifications

- 5 + Years exp in Commercial Roofing – Required
- Blueprint reading
- Ability to manage and motivate
- Previous roofing/construction business operations management experience is highly preferred
