About the Role
Horizon Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment. Employees are required to communicate effectively with their Foreman to complete daily project goals. This role involves climbing ladders and working at heights, with a strong emphasis on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Work on commercial roofing projects, including tear-offs and installing new roofing systems.
- Operate cutting-edge tools and rooftop equipment, such as power tools and induction welding for TPO or PVC roof systems.
- Install and repair roofing, remove old materials, sweep and clean roofs, load/unload materials, lay insulation, and roll walls & seams.
- Work in a team-based environment under the guidance of experienced foremen and roofers.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roofing or construction (seasoned foremen or recent field workers welcome).
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing).
- Hardworking, reliable, and safety-minded with a focus on quality and customer needs.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a can-do approach to daily tasks.
