About the role

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people with field applications. Work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets, and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people in commercial roofing installations and repairs.
• Communicate with customers and management under the guidance of the Field Supervisor.
• Complete paperwork and time sheets accurately.
• Ensure compliance with CentiMark Safety Policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out-of-town travel, and overtime as needed.

Pay

$25/hr - $35/hr, based on experience.
