Roofing Foreman

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman in the greater Charleston area. About the role

Lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people with field applications. Work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets, and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are followed. The majority of our workforce has been with us over 5 years, and immediate interviews are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 roofers
• Coordinate with Field Supervisor on customer communication and project management
• Complete and submit accurate paperwork and time sheets
• Enforce CentiMark Safety Policies on job sites

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in commercial roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roof Repairs
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends, holidays, out-of-town travel, and overtime as needed

Pay

$26/hour and up, based on experience.
