Roofing/Decking - Production - Manufactured Housing

About the Role

Champion Home Builders is seeking Production Workers for our Athens, TX location. We are looking for hardworking, energetic individuals for the following positions:

• Roofing: Installing shingles and/or metal roofing
• Roof Decking: Blowing insulation, installing OSB decking, and building dormers

All positions require the ability to read a tape measure, use nail/screw power tools, handle/lift materials, work comfortably at heights, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing and roof decking tasks as assigned
• Read and interpret measurements accurately
• Operate power tools safely and effectively
• Handle and lift construction materials
• Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times
