Roofing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and networking with realtors, insurance agents, and other local professionals
• Follow up with leads and referrals to close high-quality roofing projects
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and deliver clear, professional proposals tailored to client needs
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing systems, materials, upgrades, warranties, and insurance processes
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing consistent communication and support throughout the project
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve personal and company sales goals
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Confident interacting with people face-to-face, including door-to-door outreach
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience (preferred)
• Background in the service industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.) is highly valued
• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a strong bonus
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals is a plus

Compensation

$80,000 - $80,000/year
