Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and metal roofs.
- Conduct inspections to assess roofing needs, identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Receive/inventory shipments from roofing suppliers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.
Requirements
- Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Attention to detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 50lbs., climb up and down ladder to minimum heights of 25ft.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
