Roofers and Laborers

About the role

We are seeking Commercial Roofers and Laborers to join our team at Rufis Dunright, Inc. Candidates should have a background in commercial roofing and be capable of working independently or as part of a team to complete roofing projects. We are willing to train Laborers if interested in pursuing a career in roofing.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and metal roofs.
• Conduct inspections to assess roofing needs, identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Receive/inventory shipments from roofing suppliers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.

Requirements

• Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Attention to detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50lbs., climb up and down ladder to minimum heights of 25ft.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
