Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote our products
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Manage customer relationships throughout the homeownership journey
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in homebuilding, sales, or related fields is preferred
• Passion for sustainable living and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education or relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
