The Delivery Material Handler / Roof Loader position at QXO involves safely unloading building products and multiple bundles of shingles from a rooftop conveyor boom, and providing support for ground drop operations when necessary. Responsibilities also include verifying order contents, assisting with delivery operations, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from a rooftop conveyor boom
• In certain instances, assist with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents before loading them onto the delivery truck
• Aid in delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements

• Access to a reliable mode of transportation to commute to the branch location
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Strong commitment to learning and following all safety procedures
• A passion for working in a physically demanding, outdoor work setting
