Roof & Siding Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking experienced, highly motivated and friendly Door to Door Roof & Siding Sales Associates to join our team. As a Roof Sales Representative, you will educate customers on how they can get a roof replacement with little cost to them. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Door to Door Sales, sales, or some construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and deliver an educated roof sales pitch
• Attend weekly meetings to better understand and help reach company goals
• Attend field training sessions with veteran Sales Reps for in-the-field learning
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers from start to finish of their roof project
• Use your own vehicle for daily transportation to local areas
• Use your own cell phone for apps and communication purposes
• Drive sales goals as set forth by the company
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to best help customers with their selections

Requirements

• Must own a vehicle for daily transportation
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
