Roman Catholic Religious Education Coordinator

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Roman Catholic religious education and faith-formation programs
• Aid the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in planning, scheduling, and executing religious education activities
• Create and manage schedules for religious education classes, programs, and events
• Prepare and disseminate announcements, communications, and program information related to religious education
• Maintain accurate records regarding religious education participation and program activities
• Coordinate classroom space, materials, and logistical support for religious education programs

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting Catholic religious education programs
• Experience working in a military chapel or similar structured environment
• Familiarity with Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) policies and procedures
• Effective ability to work within a Roman Catholic religious environment
• Knowledge of or experience with Catholic religious education or faith-formation programs
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
