Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly Catholic Religious Education classes for children, youth, and adults.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer catechists and ministry volunteers.
- Plan and organize religious education events, programs, and activities.
- Maintain program schedules, records, and communications with parents and participants.
- Prepare announcements, reports, and program materials.
- Cook up classroom space, supplies, and educational resources.
- Ensure classrooms and program areas are prepared and secured during activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education, Theology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in Catholic Religious Education, catechesis, or ministry coordination.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic ministry environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
