Basic Job Functions
- Ensure safe work environment for their self and their coworkers
- Perform daily crane inspections & operations
- Auxiliary in Roll Shop & Mill maintenance
- Accurately fill out paperwork legibly and complete
- Learn to navigate the RMS system
- Greasing Chocks and updating RMS system when completed
- Keep RMS updated when wear rings are installed
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of Hot Mill production or Roll Shop Experience in the Steel Industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Overhead crane experience
- Experience in Machine Shop CNC operations
- Experience with precision measurement equipment
