Roll-Off Delivery Driver

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive roll off truck and containers to and from jobsites.
• Haul and dispose of contents in various landfills throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Work outdoors in various weather and driving conditions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with existing and potential customers.
• Flexibility to work outside of basic job description.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed and advance in a team environment.

Skills & Experience

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug test.
• Minimum 2-year CDL license.

Working Conditions

• Read scheduled routes.
• Load and unload roll off cans from a commercial vehicle.
• Operate a vehicle on public roads.
• Physical demands include sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, pulling, lifting and/or moving objects up to 60 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
