About the role
The role of Rolex Watchmaker involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining high-end timepieces. This includes diagnosing issues, performing intricate repairs, and ensuring all components function correctly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various types of watches, including complications such as chronographs and perpetual calendars.
- Perform precision adjustments to ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to disassemble and reassemble complex watch mechanisms.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in watchmaking.
Requirements
- A degree in watchmaking or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in watch repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
