Role: Project Delivery Manager- Software

Location: Sheffield, UK • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum • Job Type: Full Time, Office Based

About the role

We are recruiting 3 Project Delivery Managers to deliver a structured roadmap for on-boarding new clients. You will ensure a smooth, well-managed journey in implementing the platform while constantly looking to streamline the process. Owning the end-to-end delivery of projects, you will work closely with clients, developers, QA teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver significant technical requirements. Over time, the role is expected to grow into a more varied project management position covering a wider portfolio of new and existing clients, offering further career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from commencement to “go live”
• Manage complex and large-scale customer implementations and integrations of the product suite
• Act as the central hub for information for allocated projects by liaising and building strong relationships with both internal teams and third-party suppliers
• Create and manage bespoke project plans to workable delivery timescales
• Serve as the primary point of contact through the implementation stage
• Facilitate project and discovery meetings
• Coordinate internal resources so that all project deadlines are met
• Produce clear and concise project information throughout delivery
• Contribute to the wider company delivery methodology
• Produce and maintain accurate project dates throughout
• Review and assess completed projects to identify successes and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Experience delivering multiple high-value projects, ideally within a software environment
• Strong organisational skills
• A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing process
• An analytical mind to find solutions to potential issues throughout onboarding
• Formal project management qualifications are desirable but not essential
