Role Player

Responsibilities

• Aid in training scenarios for U.S. military forces and other groups.
• Act as an aggressor, bystander, or principle in training scenarios.
• Use non-lethal weapons such as paintball, blanks, and simunition weapons.
• Work in a busy training environment with frequent interruptions.
• Perform tasks outside and in inclement weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
• May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration.
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required by established Company safety standards.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid US drivers license and satisfactory driver record are required.
• Willingness to operate Company vehicle is required.
• One year of prior experience in surveillance, weapons training (AK-47, 9MM, and M4), and/or foreign languages is required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion are required.
• An analytical thought process and problem-solving skills are required.
• The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is required.
• The ability to lift, lower, carry, push, or move objects up to 80 lbs. is required.
• The ability to stand, walk, sit, squat, stretch, and bend throughout the workday is required.
• The ability to use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms is required.
