Role-Intelex Product Architect (Only W2)

About the role

This onsite position in Fremont, CA focuses on Intelex EHSQ platform architecture, implementation, and leadership for clients in the semi-conductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Intelex EHSQ solutions, including configuration, deployment, and administration.
• Lead full lifecycle Intelex implementations (minimum 3).
• Conduct workshops, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management, including C-level presentations.
• Integrate Intelex with enterprise systems such as SAP EHS, Enhesa, Enablon, IBM Tririga, and Metrio using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, and data migration tools.
• Provide expertise in EHS and ESG domain knowledge, including OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in EHS/ESG software consulting, implementation, or solution architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of direct, hands-on Intelex (EHSQ) platform experience in an implementation or architect capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 5 of the following Intelex modules:
  • ESG & Sustainability Management
  • Waste Management
  • Audit & Inspection Management
  • Risk Management (JSEA / HIRA)
  • Incident & Corrective Action (CAPA)
  • Management of Change (MOC)
  • Training & Competency
  • Compliance Obligation Tracking
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Intelex implementations.
• Proven experience integrating Intelex with one or more of: Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, IBM Tririga, or Metrio.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001) and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Experience with integration ecosystems including REST API, SOAP, and iPaaS (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Experience working with or for a semi-conductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing company is highly preferred.
